Apply to the nipple after each feeding and more often if necessary. Dry your nipples with a clean cloth. Do not let them air dry. With clean hands, soften an amount of cream equal to a pea between your fingers, then apply it carefully all over the nipple. If necessary you can apply a small amount of cream in the center of the disposable nursing pad. Store the tube at room temperature. The higher the temperature, the easier the cream is applied. Rinse your nipples with warm water when you take a shower or bath. The use of shower gel or soap on the nipple area is not recommended.
