Adults: 3 sprays 3 times a day.
Children (12 years and over): 2 sprays 3 times a day.

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 12 years of age, people with a known allergy to eucalyptus, 1,8-cineole or menthol; people with a history of epilepsy or taking antiepileptic drugs; people with a history of seizures or neurological disorders; people taking other products containing peppermint; people suffering from inflammation of the digestive tract, gastroesophageal reflux, gastroduodenal ulcers, gastritis or biliary, hepatic or hepatopancreatic disorders.

If taking other medications, take the product at least 60 minutes apart.
Do not use for a prolonged period (maximum 1 month).
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
