A fitting is obligatory for a correct adaptation and a good understanding of the installation. The first application will be carried out by a healthcare professional and later by the user or someone close to him according to the same protocol. During the fitting, the applicator must conform, if necessary, the sides of the orthosis to adapt them to your morphology.1. Open the wrist adjustment tab; Loosen the thumb lug without opening it.2. Put the orthosis on the hand like a glove by slipping the thumb into the thumb strap.3. The palmar splint should be centered.4. Adjust then close the wrist adjustment tab to obtain a firm but comfortable fit.

For conditions that may benefit from restriction
wrist and thumb movements, especially in the following cases:
• De Quervain's tenosynovitis.
