Using advice

Take 1 capsule per day orally, with a large glass of water and preferably in the middle of meals.

Composition

Ingredients per capsule: Marine magnesium oxide (300 mg) including 177 mg of elemental magnesium (i.e. 47.2% of NRVs**), maltodextrin (170 mg), fish gelatin (75 mg), vitamin B6 (1.4 mg) (i.e. 100% of NRVs**). **Nutritional reference values. Technical auxiliary: talc.
