Ingredients: KSM-66® Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dun, roots), bulking agent: acacia gum, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Affron® Saffron Extract (Crocus sativus L., stigmas), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid as Quatrefolic® glucosamine salt (vitamin B9).

One capsule per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably in the evening, to limit menopausal symptoms, for at least two months.
