Nateform Glucosamine Chondroitine 60 Gel

Ingredients: Chondroitin sulfate (from shark cartilage), glucosamine hydrochloride (from crab and shrimp shells), vegetable capsule, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
Composition per 2 capsules:
Chondroitin 500 mg
Glucosamine 500 mg
Vitamin C 12 mg (15% of NRV*)

Take 2 capsules daily with a meal. Swallow with a large glass of water.
