Ingredients: L-tryptophan, vegetable capsule, acacia gum (bulking agent), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Composition per 1 capsule:
L-tryptophan 220 mg
Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% of the NRV*)

1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water, in the middle of the evening meal.
