Usage tips

- The day before or the first day of your period: 1 capsule to be taken with a glass of water.
- During menstruation: Take 1 to 3 capsules per day depending on the intensity of the discomfort, with a glass of water. It is possible to take up to 3 capsules per day in a single dose.
Use reserved for women and girls aged 12 and over.
