Read the instructions carefully before use.
- Cold preparation: Place the gel pack in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 2 hours before use. The gel pack will always be ready to use if kept continuously in the refrigerator or freezer. Always place the gel pack in the provided cover or a clean towel when applying it to the skin. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before reapplying the cold pack.
- Hot preparation: Hot water: Boil water and remove from heat. Immerse the gel pack in the boiling water (taking into account the temperature) for 60 seconds. Carefully remove the gel pack from the hot water. Knead it to distribute the heat evenly.
- Microwave oven: Place the gel pad flat in the microwave, set to 640W and heat for 2 x 30 seconds. Carefully remove the gel pad from the microwave. Knead it to distribute the heat evenly.
Always place the gel pack in the provided cover or a clean towel when applying it to the skin. Use it as long as it does not cause discomfort. Warm the pack once it has reached room temperature.

People suffering from known or suspected nervous or circulatory disorders should not use this product unless prescribed by a doctor.
Monitor product use in children and people with cognitive disabilities.
Pregnant women should seek advice from a midwife or gynecologist before use.
The cushion can be hand-washed with a mild detergent.
Do not use alcohol or other solvents to clean the cushion.
Store in a dark place.
