Creatine monohydrate, L-Arginine hydrochloride, L-Leucine, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose and maltodextrin, L-Glutamine, fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum), ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng), rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, zinc bisglycinate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
