Nicotinell Spray should preferably be used in conjunction with a support program. Counseling and support services will normally improve the chances of success. This medication is indicated for adults over 18 years of age only.

Generally, a maximum of 4 Nicotinell sprays per hour are permitted. Do not exceed 2 sprays per dose. Do not exceed 64 sprays (4 sprays per hour for 16 hours) in a 24-hour period.

One spray delivers a dose of 0.07 mL of solution containing 1 mg of nicotine.

1 mL of solution contains 13.6 mg of nicotine.
