Usage tips

Apply morning and/or evening:

Warm the milk between the palms of your hands.
Apply it from bottom to top, with one hand flat on the arm, and alternating hands flat on the stomach, thighs and buttocks.
Work the texture by making figure-eight movements: apply pressure to the upward movement to lift the tissues, and gently descend, this time without pressure, to reposition yourself.
