Using advice

Use as toothpaste:
- Apply a small amount of baking soda powder over toothpaste, 3 times a week. After a few weeks, you will see your teeth regain an appreciable whiteness.

Use in mouthwash:
- Mix a teaspoon of powder in half a glass of water

Precautions for use:
- It is not recommended to use baking soda in case of dental or gingival sensitivity
- Keep dry

Good to know: Do not confuse the bicarbonate of supermarkets (dedicated to household chores) and that of your pharmacy which will have medicinal properties!
