Instill the ear solution into the ear canal of each ear by applying 1 to 2 pumps.
Massage the base of the ear from the bottom up, which moves the fluid up and down and pushes loosened dirt particles into the outer ear. The intensity of the massage depends on the ear's sensitivity to pain.
The liquid is removed from the ear flap using a cotton ball. The animal will then shake its head to expel any remaining dirt particles from the deeper parts of the ear.
In the event of significant blockage of the ear canal, the instillation and massage of the ear canal procedure can be repeated.
Cleaning is recommended 1 to 2 times per week as part of regular hygiene and as an application before each treatment for external otitis.
