The mode of administration of this drug is the oral route. It must be sucked slowly. The dosage of mandarin pectoral paste is 10 to 20 pastes per day.

It is advisable to consult a healthcare practitioner if you have taken excess mandarin pectoral paste. It is not recommended to double the dosage of the next dose if you have forgotten to take the medicine.

It is recommended to keep this pharmaceutical product out of reach and sight of children. This mandarin pectoral paste should be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Its use after the expiry date shown on the box is not recommended.

Tell your doctor if you have an intolerance to certain sugars before taking this medicine. This device contains sucrose, invert sugar and glucose syrup. Also, tell your doctor if you suffer from fructose intolerance, glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome. The same is true if you have sucrase-isomaltase deficiency, a rare hereditary disease.

This mandarin sugar paste contains 0.184 g of glucose syrup, 0.138 g of invert sugar and 0.667 g of sucrose. You must take these proportions into account in your daily ration if you follow a low-sugar diet. The same is true if you have diabetes. This mandarin pectoral paste contains an azo coloring agent (E 110), which can sometimes cause allergic reactions.

Consult your therapist if you are on medication, even if you are taking over-the-counter medication. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to seek the advice of a doctor before taking this paste.

This medical device is contraindicated for individuals who are hypersensitive or allergic to one of its active substances or to its other components. This mandarin pectoral paste is contraindicated for people with fructose intolerance.

It is also not recommended for individuals suffering from sucrase/isomaltase deficiency, glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome.
