Microcrystalline cellulose and calcium phosphates, Phytostandard® California poppy extract (Eschscholtzia californica Cham., flowering aerial parts) (carrier: acacia fibre), Phytostandard® valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) (carrier: acacia fibre), stabiliser: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and magnesium salts of fatty acids, coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polydextrose and fatty acids.

Drug interactions:
Medical monitoring is recommended in cases of concomitant use of psychotropic treatments (anxiolytics, hypnotics, antidepressants).

Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 12 years of age.
