Poderm's intensive night treatment for nail fungus is used in the evening before bedtime:

Apply Poderm purifying serum to the affected nail as well as to the healthy skin around the nail (cuticles, nail bed, grooves).
Place the gel cap directly against the skin.
Leave to act overnight or partially.
Upon waking, remove the cap and wash it with warm water and soap, then let it air dry.
