Dosage

Oral route.

The dosage is 1 to 2 sachets per day (10 to 20 g) to be taken preferably in a single dose, in the morning.

The daily dose should be adjusted according to the clinical effects obtained and can range from 1 sachet every other day (especially in children) to 2 sachets per day.

The effect of MACROGOL BIOGARAN 10 g is manifested within 24 to 48 hours following its administration.

Pediatric population

In children, given the lack of clinical data beyond 3 months, the duration of treatment should not exceed 3 months.

The improvement in intestinal transit induced by the treatment will be maintained by hygiene and dietary measures.

Method of administration

The contents of each sachet should be dissolved in approximately 50 ml of water just before administration in the morning. The diluted solution will be clear and transparent, like water.
