Coalgan - adhesive to stop bleeding & promote healing - 12 plasters

Choose a dressing appropriate for the size of the wound and, if possible, moisten the calcium alginate dressing only with saline solution (0.9% NaCl) to maintain a moist wound environment. Apply Coalgan Adhesive directly to the wound, applying gentle pressure for a few seconds. When removing the dressing, do not attempt to remove any remaining fibers; they will dissolve on their own. If necessary, moisten the dressing only with saline solution (0.9% NaCl).

- Clean the wound with soap and water or saline solution.
- Apply Coalgan Adhesive directly to the wound, applying light pressure for a few seconds.
- When removing, do not try to remove the fibers that remain in the wound or in the scab; they will disappear on their own with the scab.

- Single-use device. Do not reuse due to the risk of microbial contamination and loss of performance.

Coalgan Adhesive should not be used with alkaline solutions (sodium hypochlorite) or solutions containing chlorhexidine, benzalkonium chloride, or copper salts. If these products are used on the wound, rinse thoroughly with saline solution before applying Coalgan Adhesive.

Coalgan sterile adhesive, consists of a bio-active compress of calcium alginate fibers (derived from marine algae) on a hypoallergenic adhesive backing.
