Eafit Energy Post-Exercise Drink 457g is a drink mix designed to optimize recovery after exercise. It is recommended to provide carbohydrate and protein, as well as vitamins, minerals (calcium, magnesium, manganese) and antioxidants (zinc, selenium).

This drink:

- helps reduce fatigue thanks to vitamin B6,
- contributes to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen thanks to vitamin B6,
- helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
It contains 25% whey protein.

Usage tips

Dilute 1 sachet (36 g) in ½ litre of water.
Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption. Consume within 1 hour 30 minutes after exercise.
