Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption. Consume as regularly as possible during exercise, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes.

- During exercise: dilute 1.5 scoops (50 g) in 1/2 liter of water.
- Preparation for exertion: dilute 3 sachets (100 g) in 1/2 liter of water.
