Ineldea Olioseptil essential oil inhalation capsules dissolve in a bowl of hot water or in an inhaler. They are formulated with menthol and natural essential oils of thyme, pine, and eucalyptus which, when used with traditional steam inhalation, help clear the airways, particularly the nose and sinuses.

Usage tips

Dissolve 1 capsule in a bowl of approximately 200 ml of hot, but not boiling, water (60°C) or in an inhaler. Inhale the vapors for about ten minutes. If possible, avoid contact with cold outside air immediately afterward. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day if needed.
