Hartmann HydroTac Comfort 10 x 20 cm dressings are specially designed for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds in the granulation or epithelialization phase (traumatic wounds, burns, dermabrasion, post-operative wounds, ulcers, or pressure sores). These hydrocellular dressings protect wounds from impact and maceration, with a foam that absorbs exudate thanks to its honeycomb structure. They also contain a soothing hydro-gel that relieves pain and discomfort, accelerates healing, and moisturizes the wound if it is too dry. These dressings are easy to apply and have an adhesive film to hold them in place.
