Shake the sachet well before use. Take 1 to 2 teaspoons per day (approximately 2.9 to 5.8 g/day) in two doses. For each dose: dissolve 1 teaspoon (approximately 2.9 g) in a large glass of water, stir well, and drink immediately. To complete absorption, rinse the glass thoroughly with water and drink this second glass of water. It is important to drink plenty of water while taking this product.
Reseal the bag tightly after opening.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Not recommended for those with gastrointestinal illnesses or disorders, or diabetes. Not recommended for those with difficulty swallowing, those who are bedridden, or those who have not consumed enough fluids when taking this product, as there is a risk of choking. Not recommended for those allergic to psyllium. Do not take with other medications. A minimum of two hours must elapse between taking this product and any other medication.
