Indications

Recommended dosage

Pregnancy prevention: 0.4 mg/day (1 tablet/day) ideally starting 4 weeks before conception and continuing until 12 weeks of gestation. Deficiency: as advised by a doctor.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity; pernicious anemia or untreated vitamin B12 deficiency (may mask the signs).

Precautions for use

Do not delay the diagnosis of a B12 deficiency; adjust in case of epilepsy under antiepileptic drugs.

Pregnancy / Breastfeeding

Suitable for use during pregnancy (recommended). Breastfeeding: compatible at usual doses.
