Spray Aromanoctis Sleep and Relaxation Spray into the air or onto fabrics (bed linens). In the air: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds in each corner of the room. On bed linens: 15 minutes before bedtime, spray for 4 seconds from a distance of 20 cm onto the sheet under the pillow, onto the collar of pajamas, or onto a handkerchief placed near the pillow. You can combine or alternate sprays.
