Magné Control Marine Magnesium 30 Tablets

Take 1 tablet daily in the morning with breakfast or in the evening at bedtime, with a large glass of water, for at least 1 month. Repeat if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption may lead to a laxative effect.

Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding on the advice of a healthcare professional before supplementation.
