For nasal irrigation in case of a cold, perform 1 to 3 sprays per nostril per day.

For simple humidification, perform 2 brief sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day. Blow your nose beforehand, tilt your head to the side, gently insert the nasal tip into the upper nostril, apply firm pressure for 2 to 3 seconds, then allow the solution to flow out of the other nostril.

Repeat in the other nostril after changing the head position. Do not blow your nose forcefully for 10 minutes after use. Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use and dry it with a clean tissue.

Benzododecinium bromide, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, 90° ethyl alcohol, glycerol, purified water. Propellant gas: nitrogen (not in contact with the solution).
