Puressentiel Sleep Oral Spray is a food supplement whose use is strictly reserved for adults and adolescents from 15 years of age.

The dosage is 4 oral sprays before bedtime; 2 oral sprays in case of nighttime awakening.

Precautions for use of Puressentiel sleep spray:

- This product is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
- Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 15 years of age.
- For people undergoing medical treatment or with a history of seizures or epileptic disorders, consult a healthcare professional.
- Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Do not exceed 6 sprays max/24 h.
- Do not use for more than 2 consecutive weeks.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Consume within 2 months of opening.
