Usage tips

Purifying, sanitizing:
- 30 minutes to 1 hour in the room being broadcast.
Natural defenses, respiratory tract:
- 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey per day for 15 days.
Heavy legs, circulation:
- 25 drops of lemon and 25 drops of cypress in 100 ml of neutral oil then massage from the bottom to the top of the leg.
Digestion:
- 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil 2 times a day (before a meal).
Oily skin :
- 2 to 3 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand, incorporate the mixture on a compress moistened with hot water.
