Usage tips

Body resistance:
1 to 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey.
Good functioning of the respiratory tract:
- 2 to 3 drops in a bowl of hot water for inhalation (do not leave before 30 minutes after inhalation because you risk having a thermal shock as your bronchi are dilated)
- 3 drops of laurel + 3 drops of ravintsara in a neutral oil in the palm of the hand then massaged into the chest and upper back.
Flexibility joints, muscles:
2 to 3 drops in a neutral or vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then rub the sensitized areas.
Skin disinfectant:
2 to 3 drops in a bowl of hot water in a facial sauna.
Nail disinfectant:
2 to 3 drops in jojoba oil in the palm of the hand then massage locally.
Relaxation, calm, stress:
2 to 3 drops in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then massage the plexus and along the spine.
