Usage tips

Disinfectant :
- 1 hour broadcast.
- 2 drops in sweet almond oil in the palm of the hand in massage on the thorax and the soles of the feet morning and evening.
Respiratory tracts :
- 1 to 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey or on a sugar 2 to 3 times a day.
- 2 to 3 drops in a bowl of hot water: inhaled 2 to 3 times a day for 1 week.
- 2 to 3 drops on a handkerchief to breathe.
Stimulating, quality sleep:
- 1 hour broadcast morning and evening.
