Usage tips

Calm and serenity:
- 30 minutes to 1 hour in the living room and/or bedroom before going to bed
- 1 to 3 drops in a vegetable or neutral oil in the palm of the hand then in localized massage on the solar plexus
- 4 to 5 drops in the Puressentiel neutral bath and shower base in a warm bath.
Digestion and heaviness:
- 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey after meals (3 times a day)
- 1 to 3 drops in a vegetable oil and in massage on the belly.
Kitchen :
- 1 drop in a spoonful of oil or milk.
