Usage tips

Disinfectant :
- 1 drop in a teaspoon of honey 1 to 2 times a day for a maximum of 3 days.
Tone and vitality:
- 1 drop in a teaspoon 2 times a day for a few days.
- 2 drops of thymol thymol + 5 drops of lavender and geranium in the neutral bath and shower base in the bath upon getting up.
Healthy skin, feet, nails:
1 drop in the palm of the hand in a vegetable oil then in local application.
