Usage tips

Flexibility:
- 1 to 2 drops of essential oil in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then massage on the areas concerned
- in athletes: apply during and after training to warm up and relax the muscles
- as a mixture, pour St. John's wort oil into the palm of your hand then incorporate 2 drops of lemon eucalyptus + 2 drops of super lavandin + 1 drop of wintergreen then massage locally.
Relaxing, soothing:
- 2 drops of essential oil in a vegetable oil in the palm of the hand then massage the temples and the solar plexus.
Not for prolonged use.
