Take 2 capsules per day for 15 days, in the morning on an empty stomach with a large glass of water.
Drink at least 1.5L of water a day, urinate as soon as the urge arises and after intercourse, avoid clothes that are too tight, prefer underwear made of natural materials, opt for good intimate hygiene but not too excessive.
Avoid washing with too aggressive soaps that deteriorate the vaginal flora, adopt a balanced diet rich in fiber to limit the risk of constipation.
To be used in a 2-week program and to be renewed several times a year if necessary. Store away from heat and humidity. Close well after opening.
