Nutrisanté respiratory infusion sachets are a recommended preparation in case of irritated throat and congested bronchi. They are formulated with eucalyptus known for its soothing properties and its beneficial action on the bronchi, which helps soften irritated throats and vocal cords and soothe the upper respiratory tract, and also with peppermint which boosts the body's natural defences.

Using advice

Put a sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
2 to 3 cups per day.
