EASY TO USE: Twist to remove the cap from the tube. Insert the entire neck of the tube into the vagina. Squeeze the tube to release its contents. Remove the tube, continuing to squeeze, and discard it. Use 1 gel per day for 7 days, preferably at bedtime. One box contains a 1-week supply.
