Open the packaging, take out the exfoliating pad and place it on the heel
Unfold the protective mask and wrap it around the exfoliating pad (make sure the arrow on the adhesive label is pointing upwards)
Use the adhesive label to hold the protective mask in place.
Leave the mask on for 60 to 90 minutes depending on the severity of the calluses.
Remove the protective mask, rinse your foot with lukewarm water
Exfoliation begins 3 to 5 days after use, depending on the thickness, and removes almost all calluses.
