Usage tips

Olfactory atmosphere : alone or in a mixture, by evaporation.
Atmospheric diffusion : mixed in a diffuser by nebulization.
Cutaneous application : in dilution, 5 to 30% in vegetable oil.
Oral intake: diluted in a little edible vegetable oil. 1 drop twice a day.
Dry inhalation : 1 to 2 drops on a handkerchief.
Wet inhalation : 2 drops in a bowl of warm water.
Nervous fatigue : in a 30 ml bottle, count 30 drops of Marjoram essential oil + 30 drops of Ylang-ylang essential oil + 30 drops of fine lavender essential oil, complete with Macadamia oil . Apply to wrists or soles of feet in the evening before bedtime.
