Nutrisanté organic sleep sachets are a preparation for infusion recommended in case of sleep disorders. They are formulated with verbena, passionflower, marjoram, hawthorn and green anise and promote relaxation by reducing tension, thus limiting the time it takes to fall asleep and promoting restful sleep.

Using advice

Put a sachet in a cup and pour simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their flavors, up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.
1 cup in the evening after each meal.
