A 360° action that contributes:
• reducing the time it takes to fall asleep (Melatonin);
• reduction of fatigue (Magnesium and Vitamin B6);
• natural and restorative sleep (Lemon balm);
• the normal functioning of the nervous system (Magnesium).

A combination of active ingredients and a galenic allowing:
• to provide a controlled and prolonged release of active ingredients thanks to the exclusive technology of microencapsulation of essential oils;

1 to 2 capsules per day, at bedtime.
