The ThermCool & Hot gel pack is a thermal pad that helps relieve pain through thermotherapy, i.e., by applying heat or cold as needed. It is a simple and reusable accessory.

Thermotherapy is one of the non-medicinal methods for relieving pain, whether it originates from trauma, muscle pain, or joint pain. ThermCool & Hot is a hot/cold pack that can be used by individuals for joint or muscle pain, as well as for first aid in sports injuries. When heated, it has a relaxing effect and is indicated for conditions such as lower back pain, stiff neck, rheumatism, or hypothermia. When cold, it provides an anesthetic effect and is suitable for bruises, sprains, trauma, and hyperthermia.

The ThermCool & Hot thermal pack is available in several versions. The ThermCool & Hot Multi-Zones has a rectangular shape and, as its name suggests, can be applied to any part of the body experiencing pain. It is also available in a Multi-Zones Pocket format, perfect for slipping into a sports bag or first aid kit. The ThermCool & Hot Flex Plus features three compartments and offers greater flexibility. Finally, the ThermCool & Hot Large Model is ideal for larger areas. This version comes with a cover featuring a 70 cm long strap for optimal support of the gel pack on the affected area.

Usage tips

To use the ThermCool & Hot pack cold, place it in the freezer for at least 1.5 to 2 hours. You can then apply it directly to the painful area, or initially, as a precaution, on a piece of fabric.

For hot use, you have two options:

To heat with water: Immerse the gel pack in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove it from the water and dry it. You can apply it directly to the painful area, or initially, as a precaution, place it on a cloth. Test the temperature of the pack before applying it to your skin.

To microwave: Place the ThermCool & Hot pack in a microwave oven at 650W for a maximum of 1.5 minutes. Remove the pack and shake it to distribute the heat evenly. You can apply the pack directly to the painful area, or initially, as a precaution, place it on a piece of fabric.
