Precaution for use:
- Once the sachet is opened, stick the patch on immediately.
- When using the patch on the painful area, physical activity should be reduced to avoid loss of adhesion of the patch, and causing it to detach.
- Avoid repositioning the device and do not reattach a device that has already been used: loss and reduction of adhesion.
- If you have any doubts about using the heating patch, you should consult your doctor beforehand.
- The perception of heat and the adhesion of the patch to the skin may be reduced in case of excessive perspiration and/or depending on the hairiness of the application area.
- Do not apply the self-heating patches for more than 8 hours on the same area.
- After use: do not rinse, dispose of the patch with household waste.
- Store in the original box.
- Keep this box and precautions for use for the entire life of the device and pass it on to the patch user.
Instructions for use:
- For people under 16 years of age, the device must be applied by an adult.
- Open the bag and remove the film.
- Apply the patch directly to the skin. Avoid peeling the patch off to reposition it, as this could impair its adhesion.
- Gently press the patch with your fingers. There should be no creases.
- After opening, the heating patch is active for approximately 8 hours and heats up slowly.
- After about 30 minutes, the self-heating patch reached its optimal and comfortable temperature.
- Remove carefully after use.
Contraindication: Do not use in the following cases:
- In children under 12 years of age and in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- In people suffering from allergies to adhesive masses, on non-woven supports or with a history of allergies.
- In people suffering from immunodeficiency, unexplained pain, diabetes or circulatory problems and people suffering from circulatory disorders of the arteries and tissues, or cardiovascular diseases.
If in doubt, always seek the advice of your doctor.
- For people unable to remove the assistance product.
- Frail and disabled people may not be able to indicate that the patch is reaching too high a temperature.
- During sleep, sports, in case of frostbite or directly after a bath or sauna: risk of burns.
- Do not apply the patch in situations where the perception of heat is reduced, on areas of the body insensitive to heat (hypoesthesia, paralysis...).
- For pain due to rheumatoid arthritis or migraines.
- On damaged skin: wounds, burns, redness, irritation, swelling, eczema, ulcers...
- On the face and mucous membranes.
- Do not use the self-heating patch for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
- In addition to other topical products.
- Do not use after the expiry date.
Consult your doctor:
- If muscle pain is not relieved or worsens after a few days.
- To ensure that the treatment is indicated: in cases of diabetes, poor blood circulation, cardiovascular disease, nerve damage, sensory impairment, skin disease, arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylitis, or in cases of chronic muscle pain.
