Usage tips

For an infusion: pour the herb into simmering hot water and let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes, according to your taste, to fully release its flavors and benefits. For a decoction: steep the herb in water and bring to a boil for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove from heat and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes before straining. For a maceration: soak the herb in cold water for several hours, then strain.
