Usage tips

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, as needed, with a large glass of water. The correct dosage is the minimum dose sufficient to promote normal bowel movements without producing loose stools. It can therefore be adjusted according to individual needs. This product is recommended for ages 12 and up.
