Actipoche - Hot/Cold Thermal Cushion - Pain Relief

The cushion will be prepared without its cover:

For hot application (thermotherapy): heat with hot water (recommended) or in a microwave.
For cold therapy (cryotherapy), place the bag in the refrigerator or freezer.

Next, insert the cushion into its cover.

Store the cushion flat without folding it, and keep it at room temperature away from light.

Read the instructions carefully before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use on children under 24 months.
Never apply directly to the skin, whether hot or cold.
Do not apply to broken skin.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Indication: To relieve pain.

Depending on the desired use, simply warm them up (in hot water or in the microwave) or cool them (in the fridge or freezer), insert them in their cover and then apply them to the painful area for about 20 minutes.

It comes with a self-gripping protective cover that keeps the cushion in place in the painful area.
