Usage tips

Apply 1 to 2 sprays to the affected areas (arms, legs, back, shoulders, etc.) and massage the oil in. It is recommended to massage towards the heart to promote venous return. Repeat if necessary. 1 to 2 applications per day for adults and children over 12 years old; 1 application per day for children between 6 and 12 years old.
