Oral route.

From 6 years old .

• Adults : take 2 capsules in the evening at mealtime and 2 capsules at bedtime , with a large glass of water.
• Children from 6 to 12 years old : take 1 capsule per day , with a large glass of water.
• Child from 13 to 18 years old : take 2 capsules a day , with a large glass of water.

• Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
