Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Should not be used if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day.
Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Do not consume more than 800 mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) per day. Contains approximately 1 mg of EGCG per ampoule.
Contains caffeine (approximately 10 mg per day).
Not recommended for people with allergies to salicylates or for people on anticoagulant therapy.
